Beth Marcue, designer and artist has been working in the valley
for over 20 years. A scavenger by nature, Beth works with salvage
and found materials in assemblage fashion, using copper, old
tin and all sorts of collected and repurposed objects to create
her unique and unmistakeable art. " I like to use the old
in new ways, reinventing the way objects relate to one another."
Beth says. " I seek out shape and pattern and look for
the juxtaposition of time and material. Ultimately, I am looking
for things that belong together." "To be an artist
, a designer, is to be an agent of change and good design and
beauty can improve peoples way of life and thinking. "
Her recognizable design style can be seen on the street in

Express Zodiac Bus and 1999 Wildflower Poster. Gunnison clients
